Founding member of Texas Hemp Education and Outreach Program
and also, appointed Co-Chair of the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Industrial Hemp Council.

As a partner at Frischkorn & Associates, one of her many strengths is her networking ability to bring individuals and groups together to come up with solutions. She will never give up when it comes to expanding the exciting and emerging hemp industry.

 

  • Founding member of Texas Hemp Education and Outreach Program and also, appointed Co-Chair of the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Industrial Hemp Council.  
  • 7th generation Texan with a family lineage deep-rooted in Texas cattle ranching as well as statewide leadership dating back to Stephen F. Austin.  
  • Strong believer in the Texas promise-being a fierce independent spirit.  
  • Drawing from her family history as well as her work from the Center of Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Rice University in 2016, Eloise’s service as chairwoman of numerous philanthropic events, have produced record breaking results.  
  • Only private citizen invited into official TDA (Texas Department of Agriculture) hemp program meetings. As a result, she drove to Austin weekly for an hour meeting from October of 2020 until COVID hit.  
  • Communicated and developed relationships with Colorado, Florida, Vermont, California, Oregon, Rhode Island, and West Virginia government officials and stakeholders. Provoking conversations regarding their hemp programs in order to gauge problems Texas may face.  
  • Traveled to all five regions multiple times to meet with farming groups. Therefore, farmers across the state trust her as she went to them, sat in their homes, listened to them, and developed personal relationships. With the promise of holding their hand and not stepping on their toes while we create this new space.   
  • Developed relationships with lobbyists as well as cannabis attorneys and engaged them in the regulation process   
  • Produce the mandatory video material for all hemp TDA license holders.  
  • Relationships with Texas Tech University as well as Texas A&M University.
